    DO NOT GO TO THIS ANIMAL HOPSPITAL! THEY ARE THEIVES AND LIARS! I brought my cat to them to have tests done and confirm if he had suspected FIP. I barely spoke to anyone, was not given any additional instructions and was not sent home with any medications. I did not get the results until over a week later. If it was not for ************, my cat would have been dead! When I finally spoke to the doctor he said he was terribly sorry for the late response as the results were put in someone else's mailbox. He then said I should call back and try to get a partial refund because he was so sorry that everything took so long. I attempted to call back and emailed the office multiple times with no response. I took them to small claims court and the disgusting lawyer refused to settle even though the doctor knew he was wrong. I unfortunately did not win back any money. however, it is not about the money. It is about the complete neglect of me and my animal. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

    Since 2/1/23 i have had AMEX and my self and a friend trying to deal with LIVS . they lied to me about everything and are asking for 14 k for their lie!!! . they are lying to America Express and me and my professional friend eye witness that day now for for 7 months . They LIVS billed me for actions they did not do with no Estimate and no Diagnose. All on paper , All reviewed by AMEX and AMEX is also after 54 years not doing their Job!! ************************* the President of **************** has never got in touch with me . ************************* was President retired 2018 who would have this taken care of in two days . but no 7 months later he ha not done anything along with at least 70 other employees dont know what the **** they are doing. They LIVS billed me without seeing the ***** WE HAD TO SIT IN THE *** FOR 7 HOURS OUTSIDE WITH NOT A DOCTOR IN SITE !! BUT THEY BILLED ME AGAINST MY WILL OM 2/1/23 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS IF i could they both would get Below a one star. A no star poor NO ! service. And i have all the Proof.!!! i have a eye witness to all this Disgrace!! also 206 letters from AMEX and 167 call to **************** who i called 167 times no REPLY LIVS should be closed down they are Liars TO ALL .

    If I could give this place no stars, I would. Horrible customer service, they dont care about your pet(s). I received a referral to have my cat seen by a specialist and they scheduled my cat with the wrong specialist so they call me back 2 days later to reschedule my appointment 3 weeks later! My cat isnt doing so well and not only did the front desk receptionists didnt care, but not even the MANAGER showed compassion. Instead the manager, ****** said, unfortunately we have to reschedule you for that 3 week appointment or I can send you a lists of specialists you can alternatively take your cat. I, of course, accepted the list of specialists because I would never take my cat to a vet that has ZERO compassion about animals. But guess what? ****** NEVER sent me the specialist list. The entire staff dont seem to care, save yourself and your beloved animal and GO SOMEPLACE else.

    They totally ripped our pockets off. They started saying my cat has anemia and needs to do blood work to find out the result why she has anemia. Paid $500 there. Then they said they have to do blood transfussion to figure out what happened send the the blood to the lab to find out what cause her Anemia. Left her there over night for 12hrs. Paid $3000+ and they don't have any ans. We went back to know the result they are asking for $4000 saying we have to send blood to the lab to figure out what happend, do another blood transfussion. They didn't give any appetite stimulation to the cat. They said $2500 including the xrays took my sign to the different papers and gave me another paper with $2500 with xrays but didn't do any Xrays. They charged for the fuild for the 1st blood transfusion for $77 and put $300 for the 2nd blood transfussion. Charged us twice for OSHA and 2 dif price. They were supposed to send me the reports after the blood transfussion its been 4 hours they still didnt give me any report. They said food can't cure anything even if the cat eat she won't be stable she needs blood transfussion for ripping off our pocket. Never go there the doctors r robbing everyone. Do not recommant at all. They are playing with our feelings and forcing us to leave the cat there for 24hrs ovservation and pay 4k.I want the refund because they wasted 12 hrs didn't give me any ans. The reports looks exactly the same. Gave me 20 copy of same papers. So confusing. One doc says one thing another says the dif thing.

    Brought my cat here on a Friday, they told me they had a patient crashing and that there would be a wait, understandable. Two people arrived after me with their dogs and were able to be seen. I ended up going to VCA in Westbury. Found out my cat was blind and would need to see a neurologist. Her condition started to get worse.I brought her back the following day and was told I would need to wait, again understandable. People arrived after me and were seen. An hour later I receive a phone call from a doctor saying theres not really anything they could do and that I can make an appointment Thursday.I make the appointment, but my cats condition gets even worse. Monday comes around and I let my vet know whats going on and they tell me to try taking her again as it cant wait till Thursday. FINALLY she was able to be seen and they keep her overnight. Of course they charged a fortune for everything they needed to do. Tuesday rolls around and got the call that she needed to be put downWhats crazy to me is that the doctor that administered the shot to put her down was more helpful and more compassionate than ANY vet that I dealt with within the last five days. I wonder if had they just checked my cat out Friday or Saturday, would she still be around.Theres a monopoly on care here on Long Island, every clinic gives the same recommendations. They dont care about pets.
