    I ordered oil at $3.89 a gallon over the phone On Tuesday. Their website says they lock in the prices for 7 days. They called the morning of the delivery and changed the price to $4.16 a gallon. When i called the office to speak to the owner ***** and tell him about the discrepancy he acknowledged the website and said he cant lock in a price cause they change so frequently hed loss money and he wont honor the original quote. His manager went on the website and removed the policy for lock in. And said it wasnt their policy. I told them i had a screenshot. He then said we havent locked in for a year. I said you took my credit card info and gave me a price a date and total amount. Thats a lock in. He said he doesnt have trucks out everyday so he cant lock in prices and i should be happy cause his prices are the cheapest. I said thats not the point. You quoted me on a price and then raised it 32 cents a gallon the day of and refuse to honor the agreed upon amount and erased your policy on your website after i spoke to your manager. He kept saying how his price is the cheapest and i should be happy with that. Cause hed lose money if he honored it. And i wasnt being understanding of his situation. Hes not being understanding of my situation. Thats was an a$78 difference in pricing and I received 17 gallons less oil. It is deceptive on his companys part. They never said the price isnt locked in and subject to change daily. Their website says the price is locked in for 7 days regardless of price changes.
