    owner is incredibly rude and misogynistic. phone manners are nonexistent and will actively gaslight and disregard customers every chance he gets.
    point blank period: this business should not be open.

    Stay away, this guy will rip you off. Brought my car in, over $9,000 in repairs, get my car back months later and I still had missing and damaged parts, it cost another $4,100 to fix what was damaged/missing. Brent is a liar and a cheat, this is the LAST shop in Plattsburgh I’d ever use.

    Owner of the shop decided it would be a great idea to take my gti for a joyride. My friend caught him roasting the tires down the road on the way to “get a car wash.” I then asked for a discount due to the way he treated my car and he said “you can shove it up your a**.” I have never met a business owner so rude and unprofessional. This man will NEVER lay his hands on my car again.
