    I brought a 2017 ******* ****** on Saturday the 28 of Sept. Before I left the ac was not working. They said bring it back Tuesday the 3rd. When I left dealer ship it sounded like back brake draging and by brake light came on twice that day. When back Tuesday complained about brakes .had to order part for ac. Said would look at brakes when I came back. 2 weeks called part not in still complained about brakes. On the 1st Dash board lite up like xmas tree every brake light came on. Called and took it back in the 2nd. Said they would look at it and my part came in don't no when never called me. So left car,came back next day said it was pads and brake assembly vacuum or brake booster. Automotive depth was going to see if it was paid for. I assume it was I had been complaining about brakes not right for a month. Left car got a call the next day the general manager won't cover it. They don't do the you have 30 day warranty in ny state when you by car from deal. Why I don't know.? They put and inspection sticker on that car when the back brakes where not right. When I tested drove the car the brakes were bad they said they fixed them maybe the front not the back. I went and got the car I'm not paying them 1500.00. They should make this right. Now the cars really not safe to drive the dash lights keep flashing on and off for brake system.and they inspect it when brakes were not right. I will never go back there. I don't think they should treat people this way. I have never had a dealer ship refuse to fix anything on a used car when you bring it back in with in 30days and something this Major should have been found when I complained about the brakes the first time 2 days after I had it. And my ac still doesn't work after they supposedly put the new part in.

    On January 31st, I purchased a 2018 **** ****. While driving home I had discovered that the sunroof was stuck open on one side and was unable to be closed. The truck was brought to the dealer then next morning where they found a broken guide rail. They then manually "forced" (their words) the window shut and I was told to contact the sales manager about a resolution for it to be fixed. After about 5 weeks of back and forth with the manager and not receiving results I called to get a direct phone number or email for the dealer principal and was refused to be given the information. I called the "main" dealership in Queensburry and spoke with the general sales manager. Within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone the plattsburgh sales manager was calling me and apologizing and wanting to schedule an appointment so that they can repair the truck at no cost to myself. 2 weeks later when the truck was due to go into the shop I had asked for a loaner car and upon asking I was told by the sales manager "dont bother bringing the vehicle in for service because we don't know who is paying for it." After another 2 to 3 weeks I called back and was told by the sales manager that I needed to bring my truck to a **** dealer of my choice and they will pay them to fix the issue. Shortly after I found a massive oil leak and contacted them to have the warranty work done. The truck then was subleted to the **** dealer for ALL of the work. I spent 10 days being told that Garvey called the warranty and was waiting for an answer. I then called the warranty company myself and was told they never contacted warranty. Then visited the dealer to find out that they never even started a repair order for my truck. I have now been since June 20th without my truck due to a lying/lazy service advisor. The **** dealer performed all repairs that were stated but then found out the sunroof frame itself is bent. The service advisor is now trying to tell **** to "force" the window closed and return it to me

    Sold me a broken Suv a ***** with a carberater broke. Let me wait 1 month. Had to say I leave NY so they would start the job.. No contact when parts come in. Tecks vomited another had a funeral and 1 in vacation I was told after 1 month. Than I was told June 10th to pick up my ",fixed:", car and now O2 SENDER BROKE and still broken sound in my car. Not fixed again.
    Calls not possible because voicemail full.

    BBB spoke with a manager who explained that the O2 sensor had been replaced, and other repairs had been completed.
