    I signed up for three months on this dating site and it won't let me prohibit it from signing up again. I had done it originally, but it is not showing that now .

We have reviewed your prior correspondence with us.  We can see that you emailed our Customer Support team several times between 10/21/2024 and 11/17/2024 about some seemingly unrelated matters concerning your profile zip code and adding photos (nothing billing related).  We replied to your emails but since 11/17/2024, no newer emails from you have been received and your profile using your aol email address is showing as having been permanently removed on your end.If you made a new profile, please provide the new email address you used so we can locate your new account and assist you.  The best way to reach out to us at any time as before is by using the Help/Contact Us page on the site/app or emailing us directly at [email protected].  We'll be glad to help you find any newer 2025 profile you might have made under another email address and ensure you get the time you paid for, with some bonus time for anything lost.Sincerely, eDate Customer Support Manager
