    I went to Apen Dental in Plattsburgh November 2022 to get new teeth thru dentures. I went thru all the cost and what my insurance didn't cover I qualified for a Dental First Credit Card for the remaining balance. I wanted the best looking teeth and I was willing to pay thats why I got the cc. Got my final teeth in November 2023 and paid off the cc. April 2024 they send me a bill for $1010. I called and was told there was a 2nd installment to pay. Why would I have a 2nd installment when my teeth had to be paid in full for me to get them plus they had already been paid in full in November 2022. The ladies there didn't have time to talk or listen. They were rude and then hung up on me. Theres not a number to contact a corporate office that wasn't Plattsburgh. So I'm filing this complaint.

    We are writing to acknowledge receipt of the complaint filed by ******* ***** regarding their experience at the Aspen Dental branded practice located in Plattsburgh, NY which is independently owned and operated by Aspen Dental Associates of Hudson Valley, PLLC.
    Upon receiving the complaint, the office that treated the patient will initiate an internal review of the issues raised. A team member from that office will then be reaching out directly to the patient within the next 5 business days to discuss the details of the complaint and work towards a mutually agreeable solution.
    We appreciate the Better Business Bureau's role in facilitating communication between consumers and businesses and take this matter seriously. Rest assured that we will make every effort to rectify the situation and provide a positive outcome for the patient.
