    I had ordered fuel from lerouxs and received it Tuesday night. Previous to that I had came home to check to see if I received fuel, unfortunately I didn’t at that time. Going forward, I came home from coaching and check my fuel and saw the tank and fuel down the side. I had called the owner and got told I was a liar from the owner. He did not clean up the mess nor take responsibility of it. He blamed me for the spill. My tank was empty, and so I had ordered 100 gallons and so it should’ve been above the 1/2 line. It’s below that number, and the lady told me to check the gauge which I did, it did not move.

    BBB spoke with the manager who said that his son made the delivery but that the spill was already there when the delivery was made.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. When I came home from work I had check the tank there was no spill on my tank whatsoever. He’s lying. I came home from coaching and checked my tank that’s when I was beyond mad about the spill. I’m sorry I’m 5”1 I don’t understand how I can spill anything on my tank and if I was responsible for it I would have cleaned it up. I’m not responsible for the spill. Josh l****** is. I’m not a person to complain. But when I’m paying for something that’s spilled I’m going to complain.
