    On July 26, 2024 I went in to get gel nail tips put on. The nails were extremely crooked, lumpy and all different shapes and sizes. After being there for over an hour I was upset and ready to just go, but they refused to refund me and kept saying they’d fix them. After another 45 minutes trying to fix them they just kept looking worse and worse and I asked several times to please stop and just remove them. They still insisted on filing and trying to “fix” them. I finally stood up and told them to just stop and take them off. They grinded the nails down even more and still refused to refund me. This place was also dirty - reusing towels on customers. Not cleaning tools in between customers. The first man doing my nails was coughing and sniffing and should not have been working while sick.
