    Purchased a brand new 2023 *** ****** in October 2023 and it has been in the shop 8 times since for repetitive issues that still have not been resolved. I filed a claim with GM and they denied a buyback, because they claim they have not yet fixed the same issue 3 times. They have no fix because they don’t know what is wrong with the car.. so they expect me, the buyer who paid a hefty amount for the car, to continue to allow the car to go to the shop for service when they don’t know how to fix it and run up my miles before it is out of warranty. Do better GM. This is not right. You sold a faulty vehicle, own up on it.

    This company should be shut down they have complaint after complaint on ******** but they block anyone who leaves a bad review so when you do research it all looks good. Bought a 2018 ***** ***** from them and have nothing but problems since. They are using their ability to put a sticker on and putting it on cars that do not pass inspection! Buyer beware!!!!
