ReMax has refused to let us view commercial property. Myself and my sister Michelle have chose ******* ******** as our real estate agent. They won’t give the keys to her to show us the property. Legally, we can without a pre-approval. A $5000.00 deposit was given.
They are selling it below market price to the executrix of estate.

Email sent Tom T***** at ReMax/ North Country:
****** and I are really disgusted with your boss, Tina C****. Like I said before, we are entering a complaint reagarding her actions towards this whole Estate dealing. There has been a lot of shady business going on. We would like our niece ******* ****** from ********** to show the property. It is our right to choose the realtor we desire. However, Tina C**** doesn't want to split the commission.
Why does it matter where we get the rest of the funds for the estate???
We are introducing a new attorney who is not from the North Country.
    Thanks for your time Tom.

Unfortunately the pre approval has your brothers name on it and my understanding is that he is no longer wishing to purchase
It. If you could have Bob D******* issue a pre approval letter without Michael’s name that would be great. Also being the pre approval is for only $412,500. Can you tell us where the other $412,500 is coming from? Upon receipt of the above I see no reason for you not being able to go through the buildings.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/15/2023

To Whom It May Concern,I am responding to a complaint filed against me by ****** ******. The complaint is without merit. The property in question is one of multiple properties being sold by the Estate of ****** ** ***** The Estate is represented by ******* ******. ******* is the duly appointed Executrix of the Estate. ******* is represented by the Law Offices of John T. Snell, PC. The complainant is the sister of the Executrix and the daughter of the decedent. The complainant and two of her siblings submitted an offer to purchase the property by attaching the contract offer to a legal filing in Surrogate's Court. The contract contained a provision which indicated that the prospective purchasers were not represented by a real estate agent or broker. Subsequent to the filing of the offer with Surrogate's Court, the complainant now seeks to amend her offer by demanding that she be represented by a real estate agent. In addition, one of the prospective purchasers has withdrawn their commitment to the offer.Complainant has been advised that she must present the offer and earnest money deposit to my office.Complainant has been advised that she must provide an updated pre-qualification letter based upon the removal of one of the prospective purchasers. Complainant has not presented the offer with earnest pre qualification money deposit to my office nor to the attorney for the Estate. Complainant ,has not provided an updated pre-qualification letter based upon the removal of one of the prospective purchasers. Based upon the above described circumstances, I have been advised by the attorney for the Estate to prohibit the complainant from inspecting the property until she provides (l),the contract, (2) an earnest money deposit, (3) a proper assignment of the contract from the three siblings to the two siblings who wish to continue with the purchase, (4) and an updated pre-qualification letter to my office.Respectfully Submitted,Real Estate Broker/Owner@Each OMce Independently Owned and Operated North Country
