    I originally went into this sports complex 2/18/23 for my stepson to get some practice for baseball. I was told it was cheaper to pay for A month rather than just a day pass. I agreed to pay for A (one) month which was $100. I was signed up for a membership that I never agreed to. My stepson decided to run track and not play baseball. I noticed a charge the following month and went in to the business in person to tell them I didn’t sign up for a recurring membership. I was assured it would be cancelled. I took them at their word and didn’t pay attention. Until this April and have been being charged monthly ever since I originally went there. Their records even show that the “membership” was only used one day. 2/18/23.

    I have tried handling things in house and civilly with this business but have been ignored and told there was no proof I wanted to cancel the recurring membership I didn’t agree to in the first place. I did not consent to this business to charge my card other than the one time. I’m not interested in a credit to an indoor baseball complex, a sport my son doesn’t play anymore.

    The company has been unprofessional and not present. They never gave hours that actual leadership is in house and the only employees you speak with are young adults that can’t fulfill any of the questions and disputes I have.
