    Brought item to be dry-cleaned on 11/10/23. Pickup was supposed to be 11/18/23. The charge was to be $39.95 for a standard sofa cover to be cleaned and pressed. There were no stains, spoilage, or need for cleaning. Just wanted freshening and pressing. This was explained to owner. He kept saying it was "so big". Went back after the 18th, the week of 20th before Thanksgiving, figured it would def be done. Nope. He told me another week and "it's so big". Came back a week later, same story. Came back the next week, same story. I finally got it on 12/21/23! I asked for a discount, considering all trips back n forth, and he never called to say it wasn't there. He stated he already gave me a discount, because his "bosses" said he should have charged me $49.95 instead of $39.95. So, they just put it to the side?! I said that's not a discount, that's a mistake on your part. I the said, so if I bring this back again, how long would it take? He said 1 week, because it would be $49.95 and no issues!!! Got a 10% discount. So it cost $35.95. got it home, unbelievable how bad it looked. It was wrinkled all over and had stains and pilling it didn't have before! Took pics. It's not the money, but the whole experience was outrageous and should be addressed by someone other than me. They obviously didn't care about me as a customer
