    Called this company to request boiler service .Spoke to secretary who was pleasant and took my info including billing info.I wanted boiler serviced ,oil folter changed etsc as boiler had shut down day before.Tech showed up and turned up basement thermostat and booler kicked on.I was not there and told my son that i wanted boiler serviced as that what i called for initially.He said he had no oil filters and then his office called me and said they do service boilers for new customers.So i felt a bait and switch by this company. They had no intention of fixing my boiler but because they had my. Credit card they billed anyway.The stinger is i paid more than they billed the following day for someone to actually service the boiler.This company has no integrity and is just about billing and sticking it to customers,they should be ashamed.I want a full refund!
