    I brought my car there for repairs, was quoted a price and time. They said end of day, it took 6 days. The parts they were supposed to replace , they didn't. They charged me for a hour of work for a part that is literally right under the hood and has 2 8mm bolts to remove and replace. They also charged me almost 5x the cost of the part AND didn't even actually replace the part. My vehicle now stutters and makes a clicking noise from the part. They will NOT answer or return my phone calls !

    `BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed: This complaint is completely false.  He came in, we gave him an estimate.  He accepted and told us to do the work.  We performed the work that we charged for, at LESS than the recommended retail labor rate.  And we absolutely replaced the parts that he paid for.  For example, to replace the Left Front Wheel Bearing on a ******* calls for a recommended 3 hours of Labor Alone.  We did the work he asked for, fixed his car with NEW parts and charged him Less than what industry standard recommends.   And he never called here once.  We called him and left messages but instead of calling us back he posted bad reviews with fake names. Therefore, No refund is applicable and no refund is being offered.

    Here is a link to the inspection report from his vehicle, with photos including the code scan. The check engine and ABS lights were on. He has NOT attempted to call, or text (he is aware we can be text messaged as well, as he has replied to messages in the past) The vehicle set all monitors, including EVAP, and passed NY state inspection - meaning the vehicle is fixed. The part we replaced is the VENT valve, which is UNDER the vehicle, by the fuel tank on the canister. I did NOT charge him for diagnostics, which included roughly a half hour of smoke testing the EVAP system. The part under the hood is the PURGE valve, which is a different component. These valves are controlled with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), on a duty cycle, and clicking is absolutely normal for them as they are a solenoid - they click when the engine control unit is commanding a duty cycle more than 0% and less than 100%, which is quite common. The vehicle drove normally on our test drive and while dad was driving it to set monitors for NY state inspection to pass. We have not been informed of any issues since. (link: *********************************************************************************)
