    I called this body shop on Thursday 4/18 to see if they could do my photo inspection for insurance on Friday. He said yes, just called ahead and they do it between 11am-4pm. At 10am on Friday, I called and asked if I could come at 11:30. He said to call back in 1 hour. I called back at 11am and he said if I could get there by 12:15 and I would have to wait 45 minutes. I didn't mind, so I went over, got there at 12:15. When I got out of my car, I told the man I was here the photo inspection. Without hesitation, he immediately started yelling at me and screamed "This is not a drive thru, you cannot just show up here and ask me to take a photo of your car". I told him that I called him three times and I did not just show up. He had a broom in his hand which he threw down to the floor, continued yelling and said "we are all the same", "this is not a drive thru", "they do work on their own time". I raised my voice back at him and reminded him again that I did call ahead and he himself told me to come at 12:15. He said he told me I would have to wait and I reminded him, he didn't even tell me to wait but he immediately started screaming at me instead. At that, when he realized I was right, he started yelling again about how "we are all the same". I got in my car to leave and he followed me and continued screaming through my window. I have never in my life experience this and total lack of customer service or any human decency at all.
