If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted this business for an estimate on a chimney cleaning, once given we scheduled an appointment. For starters, the owner/inspector, whatever her title is with the business, has ZERO phone etiquette. On the phone less than 2 minutes. Gave no time frame and NO explanation of billing/payment options. As well as never giving me a name. Come the day of our appointment (01/03/24) she came with a handyman. The handyman cleaned our chimney while she sat in my house trying to chitchat almost as if she was trying to distract me from watching the handyman. Once supposedly done, she proceeded to give me the total amount for the service demanding a check immediately. I kindly said to her that if they expect a check the day of service then that MUST be mentioned on the phone. She quickly changed her payment method to wanting cash. Again, I explained to her nicely that if payment is wanted day of that should be explained prior to visiting. She got frustrated and insisted I leave a check in my mailbox for her to pick up tomorrow morning. I asked her where the check can be mailed, she gave me an address shown on the paperwork provided and I had told her Id mail the check. The following day (01/04/24) she started to harass me from 2 diff numbers from 8:30a to 10:30a. Even came to my home harassing my elderly grandmother for payment. She then proceeded to text me wanting a check saying I promised to leave it in the mailbox (which i never did). After explaining the miscommunication to her she threatened to come the following day with police for theft of services due to nonpayment to have me arrested when I had already promised a check to be mailed. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and EXTREMELY suspect. Definitely giving scammer vibes as well. NOT A COMPANY ANY ONE SHOULD USE.
