1 starI pre-paid for oil from them in summer of 2021. in February of 2022 i needed the balance of my pre-paid oil. instead of just delivering that amount, without asking, they filled my tank the rest of the way at the much higher going market rate. I reluctantly paid this, but starting getting deliveries from a different company. in December of 2022 i got an oil delivery from this other company, and two days later noticed that my tank was full. Robison came and filled the tank at almost double the rate of other companies, with no prior communication. They have a tank monitor sitting on my tank, so they could see that the tank was being filled part way when they were not making deliveries. so they decided to try to fleece a customer again. My recommendation is to not use Robison Oil.Review fromClara C

1 starA technician came to my home when the heat went out last winter. He cleaned a piece and did not fully service my unit (even though I pay for the annual service plan) or check the system. As a result of this negligence I had a massive flood in my basement two days later. I had to get water remediation services at my house and had to pay out of pocket. Robison is now refusing to take responsibility for this, and is charging me for their error. Their take on it is that the two things that happened are unrelated. This is not the first time that dealing with this company and their negligence has caused a leak in my home. I also had my AC serviced by this company (and paid for the annual plan). They "serviced" it and then water started coming from the ceiling because water overflowed. According to them, also not their fault. The annual maintenance plans are not properly serviced by this team. BE CAREFUL!!!!
