I bought my house in ** about 3 years ago. Mr. ********************** was our home inspector during that period of time. My house was in need of numerous repairs & remodeling so we turned to Matt ********************** for a good referral. As first time home owners , we were extremely new to home improvement & all that it entailed. We trusted Mr. ********************** to give us a good referral on very skillful & qualified home improvement contractor referral. Unfortunately for us, Mr. ********************** gave us the total apposite, He gave us the contractor from hell! Not only did his phony contractor man lie about his *************** of residence, he broke breech of contract. He used every deceitful & manipulative pressure tactics to get us to do more projects around the house. His contractor ***** bought expensive, high quality materials on my dime & replaced it with his cheap low grade left over materials. He lied about getting a permit for the portico & the deck he put up which was not to building code. His contractor friend managed to scam me out of $64,000 with his ******, shoddy & unskillful workmanship. Mr. **********************'s incompetent & illegitmate contractor cost me thousands & thousands of dollars in damage repairs. What I want to ask Mr. ********************** is what kind of shady operation is he running & were the kickbacks he got from his criminal contractor friend worth it! I want him to know the harm he has inflicted & the h*** he has put us through for trusting in him. Instead of enjoying my home I have spent the past 3 years trying to fix the mess that his incompetent & fraudulent contractor friend made in my home. Yes. I do take responsibility for only trusting & for not doing my due diligence but he is the professional who is supposed to look out for his clients & not s**** them over. I want Mr. ********************** to know just how unprofessional & deceitful he was & how disgusted & disappointed I am with him. I trusted ******** let us down!
