*** ******* stole my money and didn't complete the renovations he was contracted to do. He lied about having a licensed electrician and had one of his workers do electrical work in my house leaving **** ***** exposed, his guy was not a licensed electrician like he told me he was. I gave *** $44K of a $50k contract and he only completed 30% of the work. He kept asking for more money, I told him when the job is complete ill pay him, he then took my money and left he job. I explained to him the scope of the work, when he began the renovation he changed the design and work that i wanted to what was easier and less expensive for him. The cabinets he sold me were damaged and the does did not open properly. i now have to sue *** for the money i paid for unfinished work, and i have submitted claims to consumer affairs, and the ***.

Unfortunately this customer asked for work he could not afford to do. We worked there for Approx. 6 weeks. He kept asking for more and more extras. My Contract has a clear scope of work and payment schedule, which the customer decided to change since he couldn't afford to pay for work completed. I have copies of the signed contract and also pictures to show ALL WORK on Contract has not only been Completed but it looks amazing as do all of our projects. I can show my Electricians License and Insurance is needed. Pictures are worth 1000 words and I have a ton of them showing all work we did. He only started Complaining and leaving us Bad Reviews after I mentioned we cannot come back to work without getting another payment (this was on May 24, 2025). He refused to pay so i notified him we will be placing a Mechanics Lien on his house for work and materials not payed for. We take pride in the work we do for all of our customers but need to get paid for this work. Only work we owe him is Painting of son's room ceiling, painting of Den ceiling, Removal of small deck and painting of 1 small bathroom. We have given him a credit for these items on our Final Invoice. There is still a Balance of $16,788.76. Which is the amount we are placing a lien for. I dont know how to upload and documents and / or pictures on here but if you need to see my Contract please let me know how i can get it to you along with any pictures to compare work completed to Contract. Final Payment should be 10% of the entire project based on my Contract and Extra work. Out of the $41,272.00 plus all Extra's the Total is $50,788.76. He still owes Allied $16,788.76. I believe this is **** more than 10%. This is why we had to stop the work.
