    Purchased a product. Was charged. That same day I asked for a refund ** when I tried to to use it I wasn't able to access the phone I needed. That same day I asked for a refund here we are 30 days later a bunch or emails that I'm going to get refunded get contacted and nothing...

    Have tried to get a refund for a product that did not do what said it would. They now just ignore me and have kept my $197.00.

    Hello ***, We have spoken several times and advised that you successfully installed the software with data currently in your dashboard.  We are sorry you are not completely satisfied, however, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with your software.  As discussed, since the software was used, you are not eligible for a refund.  Keep in mind, your license key never expires and your software is for a lifetime.

    At the beginning of May 2022 purchased their service for Approximately 30 $, but they charged me 143$. I canceled it immediately and they were promising me at least 15 times to do refund in 3-5days. 100% SCAM company. Bulshiting all the time.

    Bought a product that claims to forward my messages and data to another phone number. Realized after buying it that I need to have access to my old phone which I didn't have, so I asked for a refund. Never activated the license key. Was told the refund would process within 3-5 business days and it never did. I keep getting told a bunch of stall tactics by ILF CUSTOMER SUPPORT representative *******************. I want help collecting my $143.83 from these people who sold me an unusable product

    After further review, we are able to see that this purchase is from 11/1/2021.   In addition to this being our of the refund request period, we are also able to see that indeed the license key was activated which makes you ineligible for a refund.

    Please keep in mind that your license key never expires and our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

    I ordered this service and was chatged $148 after reading the instructions of how to get started i realized it was not as advertised and decided i couldn't use the service i contacted them leas then ******************************************************************************************** any way. I yold them it was not as advertised and i wanted a refund i was told i would get a fill refound in 3-5 business days. This was a month ago and ive contacted them 4 times and was told the same lie and still have not received my refund and am starting to fear they are going to start taking the subscription fees out on my credit card. I would like my refound.

    We apologize for the issue at hand, however, your subscription has been cancelled and you will not be billed.  Also, after further review, I am able to see that indeed you activated your license key while also activating the software.  Per the refund policy, if the license key is activated you are not eligible for a refund.  Please keep in mind that your license key never expires and you are eligible for free upgrades for a lifetime.  Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any installation questions.

    The Powerline group has been charging my credit card $29 per month and I have been trying to cancel for a year. Each time they promise they will refund the money and cancel. They don't. I have contacted by Phone, FB message and ******** I know I am not the only one because I see other trying to do the same on there. They are a group of scammers and, if you search for them, they are on every scamme'rs site.

    The Powerline company only refunded one months' worth of payments that they took out this month. I have been trying to cancel from the beginning. They owe me 10 months of refunds totaling ****** and a letter of cancellation. Every person I spoke to said it would be handled immediately and it never was. Often, I would be disconnected in the middle of a call. They have my email as it was asked for repeatedly. It is ***************************** This needs to go to the attorney general as many other people are having the same problem as I am.

    On June 2 I bought a product from auto forward the package cost was $29.99, after receiving receipt by email I was charged $143.86 after they added other charges. The same day I emailed them at ( ***************************************)for a refund and on June 3 they responded by email saying the refund was processed and I would receive funds in 3-5 days. I have been emailing them since and no refund yet, the email has a phone # that just tells you to email them on any concerns. The company runs under ********* line group but product is auto forward. Com they also have a different address on some emails the address is *************************************************************************************** and different people send the emails:Margaux Johnsons ******************* My refund request # that they provided is ****** & ******
