    On July 1, 2022 we entered into an agreement to purchase and install front and storm door for my son and daughter in law's home in *************. I gave $1000.00 as a deposit to *****(Owner) to get started by meeting with my daughter in law and reviewing what doors she was looking to have installed. After they met on July 2nd he was to go and purchase the above mentioned doors that they discussed. As time went on he said he was having problems getting the doors. Both myself and my daughter in law kept trying to get ***** to return our calls as to status. he either did not return calls or when did said still not in stock. this went on for 3 months so at that time i finally did speak with him and told him to cancel the job and refund my $1000.00 deposit which he agreed to do. We changed contractors and within 4 weeks we had the new front and storm doors installed at their home. I have been trying to get my money back since september of 2022. He keeps telling me stories but i still have not recieved my money. Please assist. Thank you

    Gio Home Improvement signed a contract stating that he would install a fence in our front yard by 6/30/21. We gave him a check on 6/9/21 for $3,500 for materials. He was unable to get our fence and has made several excuses. He returned $2,500 to us 3 months ago. Keeps telling ** he will return $1,000 any day now. ***************************** is a liar! That day never comes. We signed the contract 15 months ago! We are both retired and need the money. We did not authorize a loan! Will end complaint when paid in full!
