      Blinds N' All handled shades for virtually every window in my home. There were multiple errors: Originally, a shade covering a set of three windows at the front of the house was installed with a chain, not automated, like the rest of the windows in the house. This is not what we had agreed to, but the business decided to do it because "the set of windows were too big" for one automated shade. The business "fixed" their error by cutting the big shade into three smaller shades and made them automated, but now the windows are not completely covered, because each of the three individual shades is too small to cover its area. This needs to be corrected. Three shades in the house were installed in a way that does not allow the windows to open, blocking egress and creating a fire hazard. One of those three windows was subsequently "corrected" by the business, but in moving the shade from inset to above the window, it no longer covers the entire window. Furthermore, that shade -- in the bedroom, looking into the bathroom -- was supposed to be opaque. Instead, it is see-through, allowing people from the street to see through the bedroom area into the bathroom at night.The owner seems very nice. He has complimented the house and come back to correct an issue when the entire first floor stopped working entirely. But on multiple occasions, I was led to believe at least a handful of these items would be corrected (in a quasi-settlement in which I accepted other errors I'd live with). That only seems to have strung me along, since I wait several months each time for a replacement order and correction that never materializes.I'm trying this step with the BBB before getting another business to correct the errors and filing a small claims court case to recoup my loss.

      It was a complete pleasure working with **** and his GC.  As ************** Stated, any and all matters that Blinds N' All was responsible for were taken care immediately, even service calls with motorization issues.  ************ call, we agreed to replace the Bedroom blind in the RD, we have no problem replacing that motorized Roller Shade for him, but I'm not quite sure of any other issues.  If **************, would like us to replace the Bedroom blind, at our expense and install, it would be our pleasure to take care of this matter for him.  Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      Assuming the company will replace the blind in the bedroom/office area, looking into the bathroom with an opaque shade that fully covers the window, and they will replace the set of three shades at the immediate front of the house (street side) so that it fully covers the window, I am OK with forgoing the remainder of the issues I presented.
