    I placed an order in ****************** on July 14th 2023 regarding a fuel line for my dad's vehicle. My dad decided to sell said vehicle a few days after the order was placed and since i never got a shipping notification i figured asking for a refund wasn't going to be so hard. I asked for a refund and they told me to wait a few days until THEY got a refund first from the original manufacturer. after a few weeks i decided to email the original manufacturer to see if 845motorsports had been in contact with them recently. The original manufacturer (SXTH element),told me that 845motorsports had already received the part and that there had been no contact regarding a refund.845motorsports has been IGNORING my emails, REFUSING to give me my money back.

    I purchased a tune for my car in April 2022. I have been in consistent contact with the business about this tune. They have begun ignoring my emails and will not give me a delivery date for this tune. They keep telling me that they will deliver but then when the time comes they do not. I spent $550 on this service and they keep giving me the run around. It has been far too long for me to do a credit card dispute unfortunately. I want my money back but I have a feeling that just won't happen. I have probably 50 emails between me and this business without delivery of my product. I have been more than patient, as it has been around 8 months since my purchase.

    I PURCHASED A DOWN PIPE FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE ON MARCH 24, 2022. THEY TOOK $564.55 FROM MY ACCOUNT. SHIPPING TIME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 2-3 MONTHS, WHEN I EMAILED THEM THEY SAID IT COULD TAKE UP TO 4 MONTHS, WHICH ITS NOW ALMOST 5 MONTHS, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS NOW. MY MOM EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES EVEN REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EITHER OF US NOW.
