    I feel a little disappointed. I placed an order six days ago. I can understand that orders can't be processed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as labor day. It says on the website that it takes two business days to process the order, so I thought it could be shipped on Thursday. So I left a message, and was told that my order would be shipping before the end of Thursday. But now it's Friday, and I haven't received any notice of shipment. It has been about a week since I placed the order, but my order has not been shipped yet. Next Tuesday, I will take part in a swimming competition at school. I bought the swimsuit for the competition. But now I am not sure when I will receive my swimsuit. ? Can they ensure that my swimsuit will be delivered before next Tuesday. If not, I'd like to cancel my order. I'm really looking forward to receiving my swimsuit. I left a message specifically to ask and received a reply that it will be shipped on Thursday, but the order has not been shipped. And I still remember that the first time my order was not shown in my account last Saturday, I immediately tried to contact you, but because you were not working hours, no one paid attention to my messages and emails. At the end of the holiday, I didn't get a reply at the first time. It was not until I made several calls that I was told that the order could not be cancelled because it had been several days. It was not until later that I explained that I had tried to contact you many times on Saturdays, Sundays and labor day through email, phone calls and messages that the customer service said that they would check. Then they agreed to cancel my previous order. Now my new order can't be shipped in time. I really feel sad. I want to cancel my order!

    Response - Customer placed order on Holiday. 9/4/22 Sunday which was the day before Labor day. We were closed on Monday 9/5, and back in the office 9/6/22. Order was shipped 9/6/22. Order was placed to ship Ground. We ship from CA, and the customer lives in **. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Order arrived to the customer on 9/14 which is standard transit shipping ground. Shipping shows delivered
