    I placed an order for the ***** Pre Workout - 30 Servings / Baja Breeze" during the **** sale on 12/2. I received the order on 12/10 and was disappointed when I found out BOTH the tubs were completely filled with small to large sized clumps of moist powder. When I reached out to Campus Protein support with photo proof of the defective, disgusting, and unusable product they sent me a gift card (excluding shipping) instead of giving me a FULL refund to my original payment method/card. What I would like is a FULL refund (including shipping) to my original payment method/card as the entire order (both tubs) was defective/disgusting/unusable and needs to be disposed of. This is not my fault that what I ordered was defective so I am not going to accept a refund via Gift Card. Order #******

    I ordered items from them totaling $90.92 on September 8. The same day I got an email saying it was shipped. I still havent received my package. I have reached out and requested a refund in which they responded and only refunded me $12.87 for the cost of shipping. The shipping info has not been updated to show where my package is and its been almost a month. I contacted them again stating I want a full refund of $90.92 and have been ignored.
