Terrible customer service - they dont answer the phone and fraudulently charge your card when the rental agency did not give us our car rental. If you try to contact them, you can only leave a voice mail. Your call will not be returned for about 3 weeks, and your issue will not be followed up or replied to. They will however communicate with your credit card company promptly when you order a stop payment. Lessen learned - book directly with the car rental agency with reputable companies and brands. This company is awful and wasted my family vacation time when we needed to speak to someone. Do not rent with them!

The customer was denied his rental car because he refused to purchase mandatory insurance required by the rental supplier ******** as per the rental terms. We provided the terms in his confirmation. He was trying to use his own insurance policy during the rental period, but it did not fit ********'s criteria. They offered him the option to purchase their coverage, but he refused.Review fromHoss T.

I used this site to book a week of car rental in July 2022 for **********. Paid for full car rental to their partner site (******* car rental). Once arrived i was told they don't have that car that has been fully paid for 6 weeks ahead of time. They wanted to charge a lot more to give me a replacement car. After long arguments they finally gave me an old van with few mechanical issues. The counter person even told me about the issues to begin with. Since we were in a foreign country with little help, we had to take the rental. ********** was of no help and could not care less about the issue. No one to talk to and email complaints are ignored. This site is a SCAM do not use it if you want peace of mind.Example #2. Tried to book a car here in ****, ** for 4 days. Rates shown on the site is under $21/Day, however, once you go to to pay, total is $320!!! How do you go from the initial quote to four times that? See my screen shot and you see what I mean. I had no intention of using this site again but when you are on Kayak, it automatically sends you there! DO NOT USE THIS SITE.AutoRentals.com Corp.
