    TOTALLY UNREASONALBE RETURN POLICY and DECEPTIVE PRACTICE I have ordered DIY manicure products from Dashing Diva several ***** ******. While the products generally work, their return policy is absolutely unreasonable. When ordering nail strips online, you can't see the actual product, color, or details until it arrives. Naturally, what you receive may not match your expectations. Their return policy states, "Unopened items may be returned for a full refund or store credit within30days of placing the order. Items must beunopened, unused, and unalteredwith packaging intact." But how can you know if the product is right without opening the box? The color might not match what was pictured online, or the design might be off, or even worse, the product could be dried out. It's reasonable not to accept used items, but unopened? Thats absurd for online orders!I ordered about 9 boxes of nail strips and had an issue with one. I never used it and initiated a refund because I noticed on the box that the strips were sheer, while I wanted more pigment. Dashing Diva refused to refund me, claiming that their warehouse found the tape was "sliced open" meaning the box had been opened. They dont claim I used the product, only that the tape was opened, yet they still refuse to refund me. Instead, they offered a "an act of goodwill... and a one-time exception" of e-gift card. I dont need a handout I paid for something I didnt receive, and they wont stand by their policy. They still have my money and the product, all over a mere $9.68! It's the principle for me. This is theft, plain and simple.
