    Do NOT use this location any shipping services. They took advantage of a senior who did not understand they overcharged her by an obscene amount to send 10 photos via *** Express Envelope 3 day service for $176. And while they also have ***** and **** services they could not for some ridiculous reason get ***** to ship or print a label and then said to my mother in law NOT to use **** as they lose items all the time. So all the cheaper options were not provided, instead, they found the most expensive service they could find. Contacting them via phone, they chose to use the excuse that the fee came in from *** and that they had no control over the price. They were rude and unhelpful and didnt like that I was not so understanding with their excuses. After calling *** and speaking to their ************ they told me that this location is a 3rd party hub and while they could not control the fees they charge customers, they could see (based on this location's *** account) that this service would have cost Port Washington Mailroom $48.05 and should they have charged a fee above this, that was not in their control but to charge $127.95 over that amount was unacceptable and a complaint was initiated by *** with the details. After calling Port Washington Mailroom again and telling them what had transpired they got angry and belligerent and refused to listen, they again insisted that this $176 was what *** was quoting them, and that was the charge and they had no control over it. At no point did they try to listen or care that they have taken advantage of a senior. Now they have started calling this confused senior AT HOME, and harassing them over the phone, when its a family member that has been calling the store and *** to get resolution. That goes against privacy laws by taking her private phone number off the *** shipment. Do NOT use or patronize this organization.
