  Buyer beware with this company. They should receive negative stars. There is no direct link to their return policy from their webpage, it can only be found by searching for it. Once you do find it, you’ll quickly realize why it’s not prominently displayed, and you’ll understand that if they had made it easily visible, their sales would plummet. The following is from their products sold “Disclaimer.” - All products are guaranteed against defects for 3 days from the date of receipt. - There will be no returns on masks, costumes, props, decorations, animatronics or any other products at any time period unless received defective. - Product damage claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. - No used products will be credited. - 25% restocking fee on returned orders (except for approved defective returns which will be exchanged for the same item or repaired. So if you purchase an item from this company’s webpage, you’re doing so sight unseen and there are basically no returns allowed. And don’t delay inspecting your purchase because you have a very short window to take action, even if it’s received defective. What’s worse is their customer service does not answer any correspondence sent to them with respect to products sold by them including defective ones. They ignore you. So save yourself a bunch of money and headaches by purchasing your Halloween products from a reputable store with a reasonable return policy. This business offers neither. Do not do business with this company.

  My animatronic took a while to come but that was because it was a special order- couldn't have been happier when I received it. Can't wait to scare all the kids this Halloween lol

  If I could give zero stars I would. Psycho mask on website is white, when delivered it was grey and looked awful. 5 days now and no response via email. $130 wasted!

  Sham Business - have them $150 AUD then never heard back. That was months ago. BEWARE

  I was sent the wrong costume and they don't accept refunds on costumes. I feel like I was clowned because I was sent a literal clown costume. I didn't order a clown costume. I spent a lot of money and got trash in return. I can't use any of the costumes I was sent. I don't know if they were annoyed because I asked them about my order but this is immature.
