    * Date of transaction - April 24, 2024 * Amount of transaction = ******** for the installation of five pieces of plumbing hardware.* The merchant asked for my Citibank credit card number to purchase the hardware for ********. That was the ONLY authorization of my credit card that the merchant was given. No other authorization was given. After the work was completed, we received a reciept for a credit card payment of ********. We did not receive a bill for review. The difference between the authorized amount of ******** and total bill of ******** is ********. This difference was NOT authorized and included false labor charges and various invalid taxes. The merchant has refused to clarify his false charges despite multiple requests by us. In the meantime, we disputed this charge on my credit card with Citibank with no luck and have suffered with interest charges. They informed us that they were unable to assist us and that we should contact the merchant directly, which we did numerous times, or seek alternative means to obtain the credit. We hope the BBB is that means. * In the uploaded receipt, there is an 'Authorized Signature' line that was not signed by me.
