    I purchased a wall slate kit from this company on July 20th. In they're description of the product they listed that the materials were made with diamond oak. So I ordered it for a client it came damaged and the material was mdf a cheap fake wood that my clients fo not want. So I tried to go through with a return and they told me that in order to return the product I would have to ship it back myself which is 1000 dollars from all shipping company's even though they are the ones that lied in their products description. All I want is my money back if they want the materials back I will gladly send it back but I will not pay shipping since they lied on their wbsite.

    We are waiting for what decision the customer wants to make.

    1. Refund from us for the damaged panels.

    2. Full refund from us but then we need to get the panels back.

    The customer has accepted our payment terms and shipping returns, otherwise you cannot place an order with us.

     

    The customer claims that our website says real solid oak slats, which we have asked him to show us and he has not. When you are on the product page there you order our panels, there are pictures of what our panels look like and if you look at them, you will see that there is no wood grain on the edges, either it is black or brown which is MDF. You can also enlarge these images and zoom in, which becomes even more clear. If you also read about our product before ordering, it says that our slats are made of MDF with veneer on the front.

    Diamond Oak is the name of the product that the customer bought and we have other names such as Rustic Gray Oak, Black Diamond Ash, Smoked Oak. There is no type of wood called ***********, it is a trade name. But all these products are produced in the same way. Veneer glued to MDF which is stated on our website and all the different products have pictures on the order page where you choose the size and quantity.
