      When I had Mike come to my home and give me a quote in May 2024, we agreed upon an August date. After several attempts to contact him he finally returned a call in the last week of August. He apologized and said the job will be done in Sept. The job was NOT done until Oct. The roof was left open to the elements for approx. one week when he finally had a roofer come and "close" up the roof. It had rained and water leaked into my attic before the roofer did his work. Mike said if the roof leaked again I should contact him. The roof still leaked. I have reached out several times with no return phone calls. I myself had to get up on the roof, something I wanted to avoid, and fix the leak the best I could. That's why I hired a contractor so I wouldn't have to get on the roof.
      He came to do the job late. He said by 0800 and did not arrive until 10:30 am. He came unprepared and had to use my lumber both 2X4's and plywood. Not a lot but still. The first time he showed up he didn't even have the stove pipe needed for the job. Then realized he had to order it, causing yet another delay.
      When doing the job he used NO drop clothes and concrete dust went THROUGHOUT my house and on my carpet. He did "dust" and "vacuum" but I still had a considerable amount of cleaning to do once he left.
      Poor communication, unprepared, late and no consideration for cleanliness of the home.
      I'm sure he does nice stone work. Maybe he should stick to what he is an expert at.

      His work is unbelievable! He did stacked stone (50 sq ft) over and around our new fireplace! It took him less the 2 days and his price couldn't of been better! The wall is beautiful! So lucky to have found him! We have so much more work for him now!
