Professional misconduct by some at this agency with no oversight. BEWARE! Called child's/ clients former AFC with out permission for information on a case.
-Refused to make a mandated call stating ' CPS will do nothing anyway.'
-offered legal advice and offered to help write modifications multiple times when it wasn't asked for.
-called in adults that took the child to counseling after every secession and told everything the child said with the child present.
    - Denied the child's request to not call in an adult after secessions.
ill-advised an adult to not return the child to a parent against court orders.
-Talked very badly about the child's parents to and in front of the child at every secession. Against court orders.
    - Counselor offered to help a 13 year old write a modification. Minors can't put in modifications.
-counselor stated they could get with all attorney's involved in a court case and speak to them , basically fixing the case, before it ever got to court or in front of the judge which has the appearance of collusion.
-Counselor talked so badly about one of the child's parents that the child called the parent and stated they hated them and never wanted to speak to them again. This appears to be alienation at it's most vile and again...violation of court orders. Instead of counseling the child and family members for the best possible outcome for children's mental health and relationships with parents this agency has counselors working outside the scope of their profession and breaking ethical, HIPPA and civil right laws. Counselor stating their word in court was highly respected and listened to and this leads to the question of how many cases have counselors at this agency tainted in court cases. In many cases the opposing party has no idea what's going on and the integrity of the court and CPS systems are brought into question with such practices of mental health agencies that operate in this way.
    BEWARE!
