******** first of all, you have done business in the past with Millmans so we were familiar with each other in good standing... We sent you back the artwork to be approved like we do every other client before printing, it's common procedure. We made a special note saying please check all spelling because the artwork had to be redrawn and retyped. You approved that artwork we sent you with the mispelling and we went ahead and printed them without catching it. When you called and told me about the mistake I did say you approved the artwork and technically is was your responsibility and you didn't want to hear that. I said I'd split the replacement order with you which I believed was totally fair. $160 was half the order. When you came to pick up the correct shirts and I apologize for the Marijuana smell, the guy upstairs smokes it constantly and you can smell it in the store. The women in the office hate it , I told the landlord several times and she told him and that did nothing ,it's legal so we deal with it . But when I told you it was $160 you said no way I'm not paying that and left the shirts on the counter and walked out of the store. You NEVER said "I would need to check with the other guys" so now your lying to the public about what happened, not cool. Because after you left I went to your fire station with the shirts and explained what happened to your superior. I was then visited by his superior at Millmans and was apologized to about what happened and was told you had no permission to print that design without the station's approval in the first place. We were paid the $160 and he took the shirts and said to me that they have been doing business with Millmans for many years now and would like to CONTINUE to keep doing business with us and I said ,of course! Truth be told.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life! Totally unprofessional; experience! I ordered t shirts and sent the proof via email! ******* called and said he felt that 1 of the words should be flipped over and you would be able to read it better! So I agreed and he said he would take care of it! He emailed the copy to my daughter's email because she had designed the original proof! He called and said was it ok? Myself and my daughter said yes it looked ok, neither of us realized they misspelled the word professional "ironically " ! That was spelled correctly on our proof having checked it several times! When I received the shirt I went home and took them out of the box and found the error, called him immediately and he became annoyed saying we sent u the new proof! I asked if they have spell check? He 1st said to just give the shirts out nobody will notice! I said I can't do that and that's completely unprofessional! He reprinted the shirts and I went to pick up the new shirts and he was very agitated! There was a strong odor of Marijuana! He asked for another $160 dollars and I said it wasn't supposed to be that much! I told him I would need to check with the other guys and started backing out of the store, he ran out the front door screaming that I was acting like a F****** child! My daughter was sitting in the passenger seat, he ran back into the store and took the email off the counter and ran back out yelling and cursing, crumpled up the email and threw it in the window of my truck striking my daughter in the face. At which time she said " How unprofessional is that?" I said exactly..if he can't spell the word maybe he doesn't know the meaning of it either? I have begun to notify surrounding unions and other departments of this issue! I hope nobody uses this business! A number of people have asked, maybe they are on their way out of business? Or this has obviously happened before or why else would have have acted this way? Horrible business!!
