    I was recently grandfathered in because I have been a crunch member Basically since the doors first opened at Poughkeepsie Crunch Fitness - I have a written contract for $16.99 and recently I was made aware from another crunch member to check my account because she was getting over charged and sure enough for the month of May and ********* card was getting charged $26.99 with out my consent and or what my contract states - I wrote emailed cooperate and so far no response also called the manager and was to write a hand written note as well and she would address cooperate as their are others with the same issue . Please look into this because my legal contact states $16.99 and they have no legal write to be taking $26.99 automatically from my account - I need to get reimbursed and this left a bad impression on me that they can take whatever amount from my account that they want without my authorization ,not sure how many others that they have done this too -

    I was horribly mocked by staff at this gym on thanksgiving day ! The girl at the front desk ***** , stopped me and told me not to take the ride ( class ) unless I upgraded my membership . I told her I will take care of it after the class , as I just got back and I had been paying over a year w/o using my member ship , she grin with sarcasm and she insisted . I added I got up early to take the class and the class would start in a few . I asked to speak with the manager and she grin in a sarcastic face tone again and she told me she ( manager ) was not in . I proceeded to take the class. She then called the manager after mocking me and the manager called me during the class on a private number so I guessed she was. Home but she could not wait until I came back to the gym , instead she decided to harass me while taking the class . And left a vmm that I could not take the ride class unless I upgraded my membership . To top it off , the instructor of the ride **** stopped me at the door after the class and told me that some rules have changed , being a different franchise etc . I told him I was just mocked from the second I came in the gym this morning and at this point , I would proceed with a complaint . As I had a medical condition and my physician suggested I went back to my working out routine . This experience has been very traumatic . I had been a member at this gym since 2019 where the times I have been at the gym must be less than 50 . However no one has a right to harass, mocked nor humiliate no one . This girl ***** along with the manager are nothing but nasty . I had begun to come on early to the gym and this girl ***** is not friendly , she doesnt say good morning nor respond to a good morning . Due to this emotional and dramatic experience , I feel the need to make this full complaint against crunch at Poughkeepsie in hopes that people is not treated as criminals and given the respect people and all members deserve .Thank you
