    Do not buy Seadoo parts from them. *** spent hours and 4 phone calls to get them to honor the warranty for a dock tie that frayed. When I tried to explain the time Ive wasted to get them to do their job they got angry and took extreme offense. Not how a customer should be treated. Ever. Shameful online support. At this point an email to BBB and ** AG is in order for attempted fraud.

    Sorry there has been a misunderstanding here. We administer whatever the SeaDoo warranty is for their products. We are only the fulfiller for them. They advised us that a "frayed" dockline for a boat is not warrantable. For the price of a dockline we did not argue and shipped you a new one at our expense. We are sorry that this process took several weeks. I also want to add that we did this before your threats of BBB and AG.
