    I purchased a 2020 **** F250 from Healey in 2021 with a suppose extended warranty. Truck has a Transmission issue that Healey will not cover, they say my Warranty was for 7 yrs ****** miles. Why would I purchase a Warranty with ****** miles for $2,200? No powertrain I extended a bumper to ******. Healey is admitting to the problem but won't do anything to fix it. I am stuck with a Truck I can not afford to fix on a *** Transmission that has numerous service advisories.

    e a better interest rate. **** had run my credit and my wives which took a big hit and ruined my credit and after all that I was told the truck is gone. Tuesday night he contacted me via text message said the truck was no longer available just like that. The whole process was absolutely awful and I was treated poorly by the salesman. His actions were not truthful and caused a big drop on my credit score. My english is poor and I believe I was taken advantage of because I cant speak very well,I now have to start the process al over again and take hard inquiries on my credit because of the actions of this dealership. They are not operating to help a client and make the clients buying process easier, they are scamming customers and not treating them fairly. This was not legally or morally okay after I signed the agreement I should have been able to come finalize everything instead I was told the truck is no longer available just like that.
