I met with **** on February 6th to get a quote on a move from ****************, ** to White Plains, **. He gave me a folder with all information including a price quote and business card. We scheduled February 15th at 9am. Two days before the move he called me to change the date because he had a higher paying job. I said I couldn't change dates. He confirmed 2/15 would still work for him but we would have to move it to 6am. At 5:15am on 2/15, **** called me to say he had to move to 1pm. Once 1pm came around, he told me between 3-4pm. Once 4ppm came, he told me 5pm. Once 5:15pm came around, he said 7:30pm. I told him that was too late and he wanted to pick my stuff up, leave it in the truck all night and deliver on 2/16. When I let him know that I was not comfortable with this, he got irritated, hung up on me, then proceeded to text me to tell me to find a new mover and he would mail my deposit to me. On 2/22, **** said that he mailed the check out to me. Since then, I still have not received my deposit and he will not answer my calls.
