    I have purchased several products from Built Strong Inc. for around my home. Their products are QUALITY, these are durable, thick and spot on to what they advertise; they are not imported products that bend when you pick them up. They are made right in their shop and they are a great small business in New York State. But more important than that is the excellent people that own and work there; they are all about customer service and producing the best product. They are also willing to produce new designs and everything seems to be customizable. I will be contacting Rob and his crew soon about a quote for some signs to give to my customers. Great people and quality American made products.

    Where do I start? Attention to detail, quality of the craftsmanship, when work is promised by a certain date they consistently hit the mark!!! In addition to that they work directly with their customers to make their ideas come to life!! I would look no where else when look for custom metal work!!

    Rob has made me several items, he can make just about anything you want out of metal. Just give him your vision, he'll make it happen.
    His business has also donated product for a fund raiser for Pink Ribbon Riders absolutely FREE. I HIGHLY recommend Built Strong CNC for your metal products!!

    Built Strong is a great business! I have had them build several items for me and each one has been perfect. The craftsmanship is excellent, but where they excel is working with the customer to make sure that each order is designed perfectly. You provide them with an idea, and they will make it. I highly recommend them.

    Such a pleasure to work with - listened to what I was looking for, gave suggestions, explained entire process and then made a beautiful (large) custom welcome sign for my home. Quality is top-notch! Pricing was very reasonable. It has been hanging outside for over a year and looks as good as it did the day I brought it home. I highly recommend Built Strong!

    I needed something a little out of the ordinary, a sturdy rack so I could hang a dutch oven in my fireplace. Rob came to my house and measured the fireplace. We discussed some ideas and a few days later he came and installed the rack. Fits perfectly, is strong to hold the weight of a Dutch oven over a crackling fire and looks great. Great customer service, quality work and fair price. I would have no hesitation to work with him again.
