    This is the worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. A patient had to wait 3 HOURS to be picked up from a routine appointment. The ride was set for the patient to be picked up at 11am and the patient did not get picked up until 2PM! This is absolutely ridiculous, especially since staff had called the company multipel times, each time were told "it'll be 10 minutes, they got caught in traffic" and a half an hour later were told "the driver is 5 minutes out, they got caught in traffic". The driver did not show up for 3 HOURS. In addition to this, they began not answering our phone calls. I called from another number and they answered, still the patient had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Unable to leave a voicemail or text. Unable to get ahold of a supervisor. Worst transportation company, they should not be in business.
