    Absolutely horrendous customer service, especially if youre a shareholder of one of the co-ops they manage. Ive been trying to get through to this office since 12/23/2024 and have gotten no phone call despite both my husband and I calling. The property manager is rude, hostile, and belligerent, while offering no solutions. The maintenance keeps going up but no improvements are being made.

    Horrible management! They dont listen or care! My apartment flooded 5 weeks ago and I havent heard one word about fixing it!! All my baseboards are molding and I cant shut any doors. For 1900$ a month this place sucks!! The manager stressed out my neighbor and she stroked in the office and died. They dont care!! $1900 a month and I live in a moldy f***** apartment. Gross
