      Townsquare Media agreed to develop and manage our website to include SEO and data tracking. After we switched over our URL and gave them total control, they insisted we needed to pay more for a sister company to do SEO. They provided no data or proof. They were extremely uncommunicative. Refused to do any improvements and almost bankrupted our company. We worked as quickly as we could to find a new provider, and once we switched Townsquare started to harass us for $28,947.00 We feel very much scammed in this situation since they did not provide even half of what was promised, and if we had not acted quickly they would have taken even more of our money and provided no online visiblity. They refuse to negotiate and have sent us to a collections agency.

      They ******* you with constant pressure to sign up, more than a dozen emails, another dozen text, and as many phone calls. But after reading the fine print I decided to opt out, I legally had three days to do so, under Maine law. I did in 36 hours. My $400 was repeatedly told would be returned. Now weeks have passed, and no one even responds or offers an update.

      The business has not tried to resolve the problem, i have paid them over $1000 for web design services and they have not delivered the promised end goal of a website, I requested a refund for the initial ****** and instead they have an additional ****** pulled from my account on auto pay. I want to terminate any and all contracts with these scam artists and get a full refund.

      I signed up for a digital marketing service from Townsquare Media. The cost was $197 a month for 3 months. I was unhappy with their service and did not renew their services. I was charged a 4th time and called to have it stopped and refunded. I was informed everything was all good. I was charged a 5th time. I called to Cancel and for a refund of payments 4 and 5. New charges have stopped but I have not received any refunds. I am told something different every time I speak with them about my refund status.

      I Paid $300 for services I didn't receive in time frame they promised. They also left me hanging on 3 occasions when they told me to set a hour aside for appointment, but never called or reached out to reschedule. They refused to give me a refund.
