      This company All Day Plumbing was very unprofessional from start to finish and after reading the reviews of this company I see why . My HVAC system needed servicing and I went through a trusted company so I thought which was ********** . They subcontracted All Day Plumbing to fix my issue . They sent out an inexperienced technician who came out and spent an hour trying to get assistance from a real professional over the phone . Then once he figured out what the issue was he told me it was too late in the day to get the parts that I needed . It was 5 pm. Then he proceeds to tell me I need to pay the diagnostic fee of $450. I said absolutely not, problem wasnt fixed , he couldnt even tell me when they would be back with the parts . After speaking to the manager which was also unprofessional, I explained that Id be paying with my ********** credit card and didnt not want to separate charges , that Id rather pay at one time for everything. He then agreed that I would be responsible for the diagnostic fee and the cost of parts which was $1195 for everything. They came back 2 days later . Same technician after they told me theyd send two guy out . The first thing the technician say is I need to collect payment . Now almost one month later my stem is making noises and I have filed a complaint with ********** and have gotten no where as well as directly with the company . I asked to have my diagnostic fees reimbursement so I can find another company to look at my system , and they claimed they waived it which they never did but told this to ********** . Dont use this company , youll be sorry you did .

      Date of hire November of 2022 ************** rep did measurements for an HVAC system.After weeks of calling to find out when my project to ve scheduled I was contacted mid January that work will be started. Date of, workers came to my house and stated wrong system was ordered and won't fit where my previous system was. **** came to my house again to retake measurements along with another individual who he stated as a master plumber. February 15th work has begun in my house I was told this will be a 2 day project. When my Air handler was removed it disabled my thermostat which controls my boiler and heat. On Friday which is the 3rd day of the project the plumber said it will be finished today. After that day of work he told my wife that they will need to still work on Monday to finish the job but still not be able to provide eletric to the air handler that provides electricity to the thermostat to turn my heat on. They left a family of 4 including 2 toddlers without heat for the whole weekend over 5 days of No heat. On top of everything the plumber who was running the wire to my thermostat ruined my wall by drilling holes in my wall. It showed shotty inexperienced work. The managers who we called to tell them that we don't have heat were very unprofessional and non empathetic.
