On 9/22/2022 I took my vehicle to Rojo Towing **** to be repaired after being involved in a car accident to be repaired. *** was the person who did the intake of my vehicle and ensured me that all damages would be repaired or replaced and my car would be back in working order. I submitted a claim via my insurance All-State and the claim was approved for full repairs of my car and and damages. All-State paid this repair shop $7,069.24 via claim number ***************. For weeks the shop had my vehicle in its possession way past normal repair times that was given. Finally on December 29, 2022 I was contacted by repair shop to pickup my vehicle and was told it was fully repaired. Upon driving my vehicle from the shop I noticed that there was fluid leaking from the front of the vehicle, I immediately contacted the shop and spoke with *** and was advised that I should drive the car some more to see if the fluid stops leaking. This was strange however I complied, the next day I took a closer look under the car and noticed that the anti freeze was leaking from under the hood, as well as my indicator wasnt working and the steering of the car was shaking whenever I used my brakes. I immediately contacted the repair shop as well as my insurance company and was advised by both parties to take the car back to the shop. From this point *** kept on giving me the run around and behaved as though nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Finally after going back and forth he took a closer look and advised me that he needed to change the radiator and fix the left turning signal as well as the rack and pinion. Allstate paid an additional $3,655.97 to cover the additional repairs. At this this time I was without a car until February 24th, 2023. Again after driving the car from the shop I noticed that when coming to a stop the car shock and made a noise, I contacted the repair shop and spoke with *** who advised me to bring the car in so that it could be inspected. I still haven't been able to get this issue resolved.
