    On July 29th, 2022, my sister went into Sweet Treats Delight Bakery on my behalf to purchase my 21st birthday order. While she was there I even spoke to the lady, ****** to confirm my order. The order was supposed to consist of pull-apart strawberry vanilla cupcakes with filling as well and12 liquor shooters, she even showed it to my sister in her notes. The order was supposed to be ready at 1 pm on 8/6/22. She arrived at 1:10 pm and was told the cupcakes were being worked on. The cupcakes were not ready until 2:15 pm and additionally, they forgot the 12 liquor shooters until my sister let them know which was an additional wait. Later that day during my event when going to eat the cupcakes I noticed that I received plain vanilla cupcakes. I was promised strawberry vanilla cupcakes. I am fully aware that there was some miscommunication between the batter and the filling of the cupcakes. However, receiving something that I did not ask for based on their error is unfair to me. I went on to contact the business and let them know. After countless attempts of trying to contact the owner and being ignored. She never spoke to me directly and told her employee the best she can do for me is give me 36 dollars in store credit. With all due respect, I refuse to even go back into their establishment and buy or receive anything else from them. I paid a total of ****** dollars it shows that on the receipt that will be attached below. It was a split payment,106.60 was paid on a card and the rest was paid in cash. I was only asking for a partial refund due to the filling error and the batter on top of that.
