    Contacted company to inquire if they worked on commercial coolers that contained R290 refrigerant. I advised them that it had a leak (already confirmed by another HVAC that couldn’t work on it) and then said they would call back to schedule an appointment to look at it. Tech called a few days later to let me know he was 15 minutes out and would need someone to let him in (appointment never scheduled). After two trips, I was advised that I had a leak and that they don’t work on R290. I then received a bill for $190. I paid the bill and sent a letter explaining everything above. No call from a boss, etc. I guess I should learn to expect this is the new lack of customer service world we live in.
