I placed my order on 7/8/24. I paid for 4 day processing. So my order should have shipped on 7/12/24. When I didn't receive a shipping notification on the 12th I called customer service and was informed my order wouldn't ship till the 17th. I explained that my customers needed my product by the 19th. I was told to send an email to support asking for a manager to review my order since only a manager could change the production order. On the 15th I called again and was told to email Rick. On the 16th I called again and was told by Rachel that Rick arranged for my order to ship on the 16th while I was on the phone with her. My order didn't ship till the 18th. I won't receive it till the afternoon of the 22nd. At this point I don't even need the labels because I lost the order because of not meeting the deadline. No manager ever contacted me. Rick never responded to me. I would at least like to get my money back and I hope to bring attention to the lack of customer service. Maybe if Rick's supervisor knew that he doesn't even respond to customers asking for resolution they would help him work toward change.

This is a copy of the text I sent to Sheet Label. I was told by one of their represenatives to email this to their support email address. After three attempts, I notified them that I would seek resolution with the BBB if I did not receive a response. I have not had any response from them since. I am asking for 104.80 which was the cost of the order, plus 100.00 to go to the cost of a new printer that was damaged by their product for a total of 204.80. I also have multiple pictures that I sent them showing the damage done. So here is what I sent them:

I had called Customer Support to troubleshoot issue with my order. The issue was that the split backing was coming off the full page label while in the printer. Your representative walked me through a procedure whereby the paper type was switched to "thick paper". The end result was that it made the situation worse, causing the label to wrap around fragile printer parts, causing them to snap off. This printer is now unusable. I doubt that it would be cost effective to try and repair it.

Here is what I'm expecting: You refund me the full amount for the label material. (6 sheets were used) I recieve partial compensation for the cost of a new printer to be applied to a preprinted label order from you. I don't believe this is asking too much! I am attaching photos as well as a link to the printer.
