      I used this company for a home move and a dumpster run but would not recommend them. The move took 11 hours, and they charged me for the full 11 hours, after giving me a conservative quote of 10 hours. They gave me 5% off only after I asked for a discount. I scheduled the dumpster run for 10am and they showed up at 1120am, only after I called the office at 1030am when no one showed up. The owner called to issue an apology but made no effort to make it right financially. They just aren't very precise or customer service-oriented, although the movers work hard.

      I couldn’t agree more with the reviews below. I had broken items, too. So unprofessional not to return a telephone call. My final payment was double my quote. The lunch breaks costs were horrendous at $230 hour/per guy. I tried 6 times to talk to someone from this LLC. after my move. No one called back. I had stuff packed upside down in boxes. I had things from various rooms gathered and put in the same box and then labeled a different room. I would find different parts of different machines in different boxes. My husband is legally blind and his reading machine was not packed with the cords. It took us days to find them. I also wanted to go over the bill and travel costs. You are charged for travel costs to and from their location, as well as specialty boxes. This was NOT detailed on the quote or when the sales person came to give the quote. If so, I would have gone with the other company in MY town. I found all sorts of supplies left at my house. Was I charged for this? Also there clean-up was awful. Tape left, green plastic wrap, bottles from workers left.

      They were great with my move! Treated my belongings with care....they took their time. Very professional and I would definitely use them again.

      So much damage. Our black walnut furniture had a. F. U. Dug into the top. All the wooden furniture was very badly scratched. Chairs were broken. Move was made from Bolton ny to NC
      After 7 months of storage we cleaned out the units. June 2023. What a complete disaster. If I could give a zero rating I would. Called the co. Today and talked to the owner. Just blew us off. A lifetime of prized belongings treated like crap.

      DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. This company was hired to move my belongings on my behalf by my service coordinator through the Traumatic Brain injury program. During this move, the staff treated my son and I poorly, damaged my property, lost many items, bragged about how they don't use proper packaging..... The list goes on. Most recently, my bed fell apart because they did not put it together properly. I am a disabled individual and they were paid to set up my bed at the destination. My box spring fell to the floor with me in the bed. I contacted the company to explain what had happened to me, initially I was told that they did not believe me because one of the crew "is a nice guy". They have ignored subsequent calls. I am without recourse. The only action I can take is to warn others to stay far away from this group. They damage whatever they touch and half your belongings will vanish under their "care".
