      Sears was hired a wk b4 arriving Feb 27 for a written agreed invoice. They pieced my tree work amongst 3 neighbors & never finished yards, left a majority of trees’ debris we had to dispose of, Such removal of branches limbs, etc. were included in quote. left huge deep ruts in other yard & border, failing to use Excavator claws, lots of damage! They never knocked on doors or stated time they were coming; just appeared w/o providing insurance info we requested several times in writing & on phone. Unfinished, they headed to another job in another town. Already on our street a 2nd time it was questionable why they left in great weather midday not completing any work. They removed neighbors trees w/o permission & left their yard worse. 2 rushed hrs between both properties.leaving tons of $$$$$ cleanup for homeowners. With lots of debris left & 1 tree totally left untouched, a big man about 38 approached my door on my way out to work saying he was here for money. I said your work is not finished & am late because you guys didn’t say time you were coming & I’d pay in full AFTER the other tree was done & all tree limbs were cleaned up in back. He took a step right up to my body where I was now sandwiched between him & door, preventing me from leaving! He was 2x size of my frail frame near 70 yr old woman at 100 lbs that I wasn’t going anywhere until I paid because his boss ordered collection b4 they leave.I was Afraid & Threatened as he demanded money & moved closer! I shut door, & got my phone. Out window we see he pulls his p.u.truck to end of my driveway, blocking my car preventing me from leaving. I was VERY scared in fear of my safety. Police came & told him to move. Co. boss on phone says she does NOT have correct quote. After cops left, brutes endangered me by moving trucks back, waited for me. Told boss cops would return if they didn’t leave! Neighbors & cameras help! I paid for agreed quote minus all undone work within 10 days. Sears is Restricted at both sites!
