    They did a great job, the tree was taken down very carefully and professionally, they cleaned up all debris and stump grinding.
    Brandon was very responsive to my calls, price was more than fair and showed up when he said he would be there, highly recommended.

    Contacted BL Tree based on prior reviews on BBB WNY, for removing total 3 very large old rotting maples from back yard of mine and next door neighbor. Owner Brandon returned all calls and emails after we received estimate done by him and chose him after total 4 estimates; he was professional, no scare tactics, no stories about need to take down other trees etc. He suggested trees stable enough to probably wait a few weeks until ground dried up from rains, to minimize yard damage. He and crew and equipment arrived on time on day of removal and proceeded to do their work professionally and safely. Had several large dying/dead ash and maples taken in the past and we were impressed by their ability to work together, without wasting time or energy or risky moves. Owner's control of boom and cutting clamp/saw was impressive. They removed/chipped all cut offs, and sectioned trunks and removed them day of the cutting; ground all 3 large trunks, removed excess grindings, and everything cleaned up. Yard/grass left like they were hardly there, no ruts, no fill, no seed except for ground area needed. Definitely deserving of the 5/5 ratings from others. Pleasure to work with.
